Balchem

Balchem Corporation announced a US$25 million investment to build a state-of-the-art microencapsulation manufacturing facility in Orange County, New York. The plant is expected to open in 2027 and will produce encapsulated ingredients for bakery, milling, and functional food applications.

Balchem has acquired Bergstrom Nutrition, which produces methylsulfonylmethane. The deal was completed in the third quarter of 2022.
