OOO Avangard

OOO Avangard launched the Shakhtinsky Polyester Plant in Shakhty, Rostov Oblast, the first polyester staple fiber plant in Russia. The facility has a capacity of 6,000 tons per month, created 400 jobs, and involved an investment of 5 billion rubles.

OOO Shakhtinsky Polyester Plant (OOO ShPZ), an investee of OOO Avangard, is completing construction of Russia's first nonwoven polyester fiber plant in Shakhty, Rostov Oblast. The plant cost 4 billion rubles and will produce 200 tonnes of staple fiber per day, with startup expected by end of 2022.
