Shakhtinsky Polyester Plant to start production of nonwoven fiber in Shakhty, Russia
OOO Shakhtinsky Polyester Plant (OOO ShPZ), an investee of OOO Avangard, is completing construction of Russia's first nonwoven polyester fiber plant in Shakhty, Rostov Oblast. The plant cost 4 billion rubles and will produce 200 tonnes of staple fiber per day, with startup expected by end of 2022.
