Kurabo

Kurabo's subsidiary Kurashiki Chemical Products do Brasil will invest about 10 billion yen to double production capacity of flexible urethane moulded products for automotive interiors at its plant in Leme, São Paulo, Brazil. Production start is targeted for May 2025.

Kurabo will construct a new building adjacent to its Kumamoto plant in Kikuchi City, Kumamoto Prefecture, to more than double production capacity and development capabilities for high-functional resin processed products used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Investment is about 2 billion yen, construction starts March 2023, and operations begin April 2024.
