Polipak

Sarantis Group completed on June 14, 2023 the acquisition of the 20% minority stake in Poland-based packaging maker Polipak sp. z o.o. for 22 million PLN via its subsidiary Sarantis Polska, giving it full ownership.

Polipak signed a contract worth over 50 million zloty with general contractor W.P.I.P. on 20 May 2020 to build production, warehouse and office buildings of over 20,000 m2 in Środa Wielkopolska, doubling its production and storage space. Completion is planned for mid-2021.
