Sarantis acquires remaining 20% of Polipak for 22 million PLN
Sarantis Group completed on June 14, 2023 the acquisition of the 20% minority stake in Poland-based packaging maker Polipak sp. z o.o. for 22 million PLN via its subsidiary Sarantis Polska, giving it full ownership.
