Shenghong Chemical's new material project officially started construction in Lianyungang Xuwei New District, with a total investment of about 21.6 billion yuan. The project will build 700,000 tons/year of EVA, including photovoltaic-grade EVA units, and other facilities to produce high-end polyolefins and polyols.
