Blue Ocean New Materials (Tongzhou Bay) Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony on March 15, 2025, for its high-end polyolefins new materials project in Tongzhou Bay, Jiangsu, with a total investment of 11.626 billion yuan. The project includes a 200,000 t/a FDPE unit, two 25,000 t/a EPDM units, a 100,000 t/a POE unit, and a 100,000 t/a 1-hexene/1-octene unit, with a 24-month construction period.
