Semikron Danfoss

Dana Incorporated signed a multi-year supply agreement with Semikron Danfoss to secure the supply of silicon-carbide semiconductors for use in Dana's inverter designs for light-vehicle, commercial-vehicle, and off-highway mobility markets.

SEMIKRON and Danfoss Silicon Power joined forces to establish Semikron Danfoss, a new leader in power semiconductor modules. Danfoss is the majority owner, and the business will retain main locations in Nuremberg and Flensburg, Germany.
