SEMIKRON and Danfoss Silicon Power merge power electronics businesses into SEMIKRON-Danfoss
SEMIKRON and Danfoss Silicon Power announced a merger creating a joint power electronics business, SEMIKRON-Danfoss, with over 3,500 workers. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close no later than Q3 2022.
