Salas O'Brien has acquired Plus Group, an engineering firm specializing in manufacturing, industrial, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and agribusiness. The merger creates a combined team of market leaders.

Salas O’Brien merged with Zepnick Solutions, an employee-owned engineering and automation design firm based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Zepnick Solutions provides mechanical, electrical, and process engineering for food, paper, and consumer goods industries.

SHARC Energy has entered into an agreement with engineering firm Salas O'Brien to collaborate on turnkey solutions for wastewater-energy transfer systems across North America.
