AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited

AVEE Global, a subsidiary of Aapico, will acquire a 60% stake in a PROTON subsidiary, which will be renamed Aapico Avee Sdn. Bhd., as part of the joint venture.

Aapico plans to invest RM140 million in a collaboration with PROTON to produce automotive components, with an initial RM40 million investment into AVEE Global's facility and RM100 million planned for 2024.

Purem International GmbH and AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited signed a joint venture agreement to form Purem Aapico Co., Ltd., which will manufacture and supply exhaust emission control systems for commercial vehicles and passenger cars in Thailand and ASEAN. A new plant will be built in Amata City Rayong, with production starting in Q3 2023, creating 80 jobs.
