Gotex

Coats Group opened a new Centre of Excellence plant for Telecom Infrastructure in Lliçà, Barcelona, investing around EUR 5 million. The plant is nearly three times larger than the previous Gotex facility in Sabadell and will focus on telecom, energy, and composites products.

Gotex, a subsidiary of Coats, invested over EUR 5 million and created 40 new jobs to open a 13,000 m² production plant and R&D center in Lliçà d'Amunt, Catalonia. The facility produces industrial threads and textiles for telecommunications and infrastructure sectors.
