JMC Group

Bosch signed an agreement with JMC Group to establish a joint venture for the development and sales of light commercial vehicle electric drive systems in Nanchang. The JV will have a registered capital of CNY 500 million (EUR 63 million), with Bosch holding 60% and JMC Group 40%.

JMC Group subsidiary Complete Aircraft Group (CAG) has completed its acquisition of Aerocare Aviation Services, a UK-based MRO, interiors and paint specialist. The deal will break CAG into the business aircraft segment and potentially expand Aerocare's capabilities for larger commercial aircraft.
