Vivix Vidros Planos

Vivix Vidros Planos announced construction of a second float glass plant in Goiana, Pernambuco, Brazil, with an investment of BRL 1.3 billion. The plant will have a capacity of 1,000 tonnes per day and is expected to be fully operational in the second half of 2025.

Vivix Vidros Planos signed a protocol of intentions to build a second production line at its existing plant in Goiana, Pernambuco, Brazil, with an investment of R$ 1.3 billion. The new line will add capacity of 1,000 tonnes per day, bringing total capacity to 1,900 tonnes per day, and will produce extra clear glass. Construction starts in December 2022 with completion in about 30 months.
