Huaxin Construction Materials signed an exclusive agreement on October 30, 2026, to acquire a Brazilian cement company from CSN (Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional) for an enterprise value of BRL 12.7 billion (approximately CNY 15.868 billion). The deal is subject to final agreements and regulatory approvals.
