Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation proposed to acquire 100% of the equity interests of the electronic chemicals business of Entegris, Inc., operated by CMC Materials KMG Corporation, which supplies high-purity process chemicals for semiconductor manufacturing.

FUJIFILM Imaging Colorants, Inc. celebrated the opening of its first U.S. dispersion manufacturing facility in New Castle, Delaware, a $19 million investment that will create over 21 jobs. The facility produces aqueous ink inkjet dispersions.
