Infineum has agreed to acquire Entegris' Pipeline and Industrial Materials business, which includes the Flowchem, Val-Tex and Sealweld brands and drag reducing agents, with closing expected in Q4 2022 subject to regulatory approvals.
Entegris Korea signed an agreement with Gyeonggi Province for an additional $20 million investment, reinvesting profits from Korea. It began building a production facility in Hwaseong Jangan 2 industrial complex that will make high-purity chemicals and special containers, and will hire 50 people.
Entegris agreed to acquire the SAES Pure Gas business, a maker of molecular gas purification systems based in San Luis Obispo, California, from SAES Group for approximately $355 million. The deal is subject to customary purchase price adjustments.
