ZPUE, a European market leader in electrical energy infrastructure, is acquiring BWTS GmbH, a leading independent service provider for renewable energy in Germany and Europe. The acquisition expands ZPUE's service capabilities and enters the wind energy sector.

ZPUE S.A. won a public tender from TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. for the supply of prefabricated MV/LV transformer stations. The contract value is PLN 129.9 million net, covering deliveries over 24 months.
