PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna

PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna's subsidiary signed an annex to the agreement for designing and turn-key construction of a power unit at the Turów power plant. The contract value increased by PLN 108.5 million to PLN 3,647 million, and the completion date was extended to October 30, 2020.

EDF signed an agreement to sell all of its EDF Polska assets, including cogeneration and electricity generation plants, to PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA for approximately 6.1 billion zlotys (1.4 billion euros). The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2017.
