Snow Peak Capital

Private equity investor Snow Peak Capital LLC acquired TurbineAero Inc., a Phoenix-based provider of MRO services for aircraft auxiliary power units. Terms were not disclosed.

Snow Peak Capital acquired Dalco Nonwovens and Global Felt Technologies, both manufacturers of nonwoven fabrics for automotive, geotextile, furniture, bedding, and industrial markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Snow Peak Capital has acquired TurbineAero, Inc., the world's largest independent provider of MRO services for aircraft auxiliary power units and aeroengine components.

Snow Peak Capital has sold a majority interest in Dalco-GFT Nonwovens, a manufacturer of needle-punched nonwoven specialty fabrics, to Arvind Advanced Materials Limited, a subsidiary of Arvind Limited. Snow Peak and CEO Joey Duncan retain a minority stake.
