Cricursa

Architectural glass developer Tvitec completed the acquisition of Cricursa, a world leader in curved glass manufacturing, for approximately $15.6 million. The deal was formalized on June 8, 2022, and includes 125 employees.

The Mercantile Court of Barcelona awarded curved glass manufacturer Cricursa to architectural glass manufacturer Tvitec, which will maintain around 130 jobs. Tvitec's offer was chosen over a higher bid due to better business and labour continuity guarantees.
