DL E&C installed the Loop Reactor at the Golden Triangle Polymers Project site in Orange County, Texas, USA. The project is a joint venture between Chevron Phillips Chemical and Qatar Energy to build a 2 million tonnes per year high-density polyethylene plant, scheduled for completion in 2026.

DL E&C is transporting 18 plant modules (4,264 tons) from Vietnam to Texas for the Golden Triangle Polymers project, a joint venture between Chevron Phillips Chemical and Qatar Energy to build a 2 million ton/year high-density polyethylene plant.

Mesaieed Petrochemical's board approved the award of a $239 million engineering, procurement and construction contract for a 350,000 t/y PVC plant at Mesaieed Industrial City, Qatar. The plant is Qatar's first PVC facility, planned by joint venture Qatar Vinyl.
