DEG and IFU are providing loans totaling USD 32.5 million to Polygenta Technologies Ltd. for the construction of two new production lines at its site in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. The expansion will increase recycling capacity to process over 200 tonnes of PET plastic waste per day and create around 400 new jobs.
