IMA Schelling Group

IMA Schelling Group is acquiring a minority stake in Italian automation specialist Sirio srl, with full integration planned by 2028.

Ima Schelling Group has acquired Carmet Automazioni, an Italian automation and handling technology company, and Blumenbecker Engineering System Technology, a Polish automation and robotics expert, to expand its portfolio.

IMA Schelling is expanding its production site in Środa, Poland, doubling hall capacity by adding nearly 7,000 square meters and creating up to 40 new jobs. The investment is approximately EUR 6 million, and the new buildings are scheduled to go into operation in autumn 2022.
