Fersa Group

Fersa has opened a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Jiaxing, China, representing a €37 million investment over five years. The 30,000-square-meter plant will double the company's previous production capacity in China.

Spanish bearings maker Fersa Group has acquired a majority stake in Indian company Delux Bearings Private Limited, a manufacturer of bearings and electromechanical components for machinery and commercial vehicles.

Fersa Group purchased 100% of PFI Group, Inc., parent company of Perfect Fit Industries (PFI Bearings), to strengthen its global distribution in the light automotive aftermarket and diversify product range. The acquisition ceremony took place on 14 February 2022.
