Yenkin-Majestic Paint Corporation

Yenkin-Majestic Paint Corporation and Multiquimica Dominicana have formed a joint venture, OPC Polymers LLC, to combine their specialty resins and chemicals portfolios for the North American paint and coatings market.

Jamestown Coating Technologies will acquire Yenkin-Majestic's industrial paint business, which produces coatings for the OEM market under the YM-Industrial brand.

True Value Company agreed to acquire Yenkin-Majestic Paint Corporation's consumer paint business, which produces architectural coatings under the Majic brand.
