Yake Technology

Yake Technology's subsidiary Yake Semiconductor signed an agreement to purchase a 75.1% stake in SKC-ENF from SK enpulse for up to 500 billion KRW, to expand its electronic materials business and wet chemical production capacity.

Yake Technology's subsidiary Zhejiang Huafei Electronic Substrate Materials will invest about 1.5 billion yuan ($236M) to build a 39,000-ton-per-year semiconductor core materials project in South Taihu New Area, Huzhou. The project will be built in three phases over about five years.
