H&MV Engineering

H&MV Engineering announced the acquisition of Skanstec Group, a European specialist engineering company in energy and telecommunications. The combined group will have revenues of about €400 million and close to 1,000 employees, with 22 offices across EMEA.

London-based private equity firm Exponent acquired a majority stake in Limerick-based high voltage electrical contractor H&MV Engineering. The deal aims to accelerate international growth and expand capabilities.
