Jouka Oy agreed to sell its metal stamping subcontracting business to Männistö Oy Metallituote, effective 1 August 2026, to focus on its own valve business. Männistö will serve the transferred customers.
Indutrade AB signed on 6 February 2020 to acquire all shares of Jouka OY, a Ylöjärvi, Finland ball valve manufacturer with about EUR 6.5 million annual sales and 31 employees. The closing took place on 6 February.
