Yasho Industries has entered into a 15-year long-term supply agreement with a leading multinational corporation for lubricant additives, to be supplied from its Pakhajan facility. Commercial supply is expected to commence by Q4 FY27, with annual revenue of approximately Rs 150 crore.

Yasho Industries signed a 15-year supply agreement with a leading global multinational corporation for lubricant additives, expected to generate about ₹150 crore in annual revenue starting from end of fiscal 2027. The company will build a dedicated facility at its Pakhajan site.

ProFluid has entered into a strategic partnership with Yasho Industries to be the exclusive distributor and sales agent in North America for Yasho's grease, lubricant, and metalworking additives.

Yasho Industries Limited has started commercial production at its newly established Pakhajan Plant in Dahej District, Gujarat. The company invested approximately Rs. 470 crore in the facility, which has a capacity of 20,000 MTPA.

Yasho Industries Limited is investing INR 10 crore to enhance capacity from 9,200 MTPA to 11,000 MTPA through de-bottlenecking at its Vapi, Gujarat plant, with commercialization expected by Q3 FY22.
