NORDEC

Donges SteelTec GmbH, a subsidiary of Mutares, sold Nordec Group to a consortium company whose major shareholders are Harjavalta Oy and Tirinom Oy, along with Nordec senior management. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and expected to close in Q4 2022.

NORDEC has been selected to perform the production and installation of building framework structures for a new PRESS GLASS plant in Lithuania, with DEKPOL SA as general contractor. NORDEC will manufacture and install over 900 tonnes of metal structures and other components.
