Magna Mining

Magna Mining signed a toll milling agreement with Glencore to transport a 20,000-tonne surface bulk sample from its Crean Hill Project to Glencore's Strathcona mill for processing.

Magna Mining entered a non-binding MOU with Mitsui & Co. for Mitsui to acquire a 10-12.5% interest in the Shakespeare Mine for $8-10 million, with plans to form a joint venture to develop the mine.
