SJSemi signs $1.6 billion investment agreement for 12-inch packaging fab in Jiangyin
SJSemi signed an investment agreement with Jiangyin Municipal Government for a 12-inch MEOL manufacture and 3D Multi-Die integrated packaging project, with total investment of $1.6 billion and increased registered capital to $830 million. Construction of the J2B fab is planned to begin in February 2022.
