Mobile Climate Control (MCC) broke ground on a new 260,000-square-foot manufacturing and research facility in Brampton, Canada, with an investment exceeding $120 million. The facility will create over 550 jobs.

Panattoni Development Company broke ground on a 260,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit facility for Mobile Climate Control in Brampton, Ontario. The $120 million investment will create over 700 jobs and consolidate three facilities into one for HVAC manufacturing.

Mobile Climate Control, a provider of mobile thermal solutions for commercial vehicles, is opening a new 220,000-square-foot facility in West Manchester Township, York County, Pennsylvania, in April 2022. The company is merging three existing U.S. operations from Indiana, New York, and Pennsylvania into the new facility, creating at least 117 new jobs and investing $3.18 million.
