Ceptek, a manufacturer of CO2-based industrial refrigeration systems, will build a 20,000-25,000 sq ft facility on Boulevard Industriel in Granby, Quebec, with a total investment of CAD 1.2 million, doubling its workforce to about 20 by 2022.
