EBOS Group

EBOS Group Limited has completed its acquisition of LifeHealthcare, a distributor of medical devices in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Financial results from 1 June 2022 will include LifeHealthcare.

Australasian healthcare group EBOS acquired medical devices business Lifehealthcare from PEP for $1.167 billion, and launched a $742 million equity raising to help fund the deal.
