Admedus

Admedus announced a major order of 12,500 CardioCel and VascuCel patches to its US-based distributor LeMaitre Vascular Inc for the year ahead, exceeding global sales over the past year.

LeMaitre Vascular has acquired Admedus' CardioCel and VascuCel biologic patch business for up to $24.6 million. Admedus will continue manufacturing for up to three years while LeMaitre sets up its own production.
