Aditya Birla Chemicals acquired Cargill's specialty chemical manufacturing facility in Dalton, Georgia, USA, in June 2025. The company plans to more than double the facility's capacity from 16,000 tons per year to over 40,000 tons within two years.

Aditya Birla Chemicals is planning to build a new epoxy facility in Beaumont, Texas, with an initial investment of up to $50 million. The 35-acre site will house its first US manufacturing and R&D facility for chemicals, creating at least 32 jobs, and is estimated to be completed in Q1 2027.
