BasX Solutions

AAON, Inc. completed the acquisition of BasX Solutions, a manufacturer of custom cooling solutions for data centers and cleanrooms, on December 10, 2021. The upfront payment was $100 million, with potential earn-out payments up to $80 million and a separate real estate purchase for $22 million.

AAON, Inc. announced it has entered into a membership interest purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the equity interests of BasX, LLC, dba BasX Solutions.
