WeAre Group

Mecachrome Group finalized a merger with WeAre, creating a combined entity with 3,700 employees across 20 production sites in 5 countries, becoming one of the top five French aerospace parts manufacturers.

WeAre Group, advised by Alantra, acquired TARAMM and GAMMA-Tial, two aerospace and defense parts manufacturers in France, adding lost-wax titanium casting capabilities and 90 employees. The acquisition was financed with support from Ace Capital Partners.
