Saietta Group

ConMet acquired assets focused on e-mobility products from Saietta Group's Netherlands branch, including in-wheel motor technology intellectual property and employees. The acquired operations become ConMet Netherlands B.V. in Apeldoorn.

Saietta Group has leased a former ZF Automotive facility in Sunderland, UK, to establish a pilot production facility for its AFT axial-flux motors and e-Axle drivetrains. The plant will initially have capacity for 100,000 motors per year.

Saietta Group acquired 100% of e-Traction Europe B.V. from Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Group. The acquisition adds power electronics production capability and heavy-vehicle drivetrain technology.
