ConMet

ConMet, a global manufacturer of commercial truck components, has acquired TruckLabs, the maker of TruckWings aerodynamic devices. The acquisition was announced on November 9, 2023.

ConMet acquired assets focused on e-mobility products from Saietta Group's Netherlands branch, including in-wheel motor technology intellectual property and employees. The acquired operations become ConMet Netherlands B.V. in Apeldoorn.

ConMet celebrated the grand opening of its new hub assembly facility in Nanjing, China on December 11, 2018. The 128,000+ sq/ft facility has three production lines with two additional lines available for future expansion.
