Bauer's environmental division began earthworks for a mid-double-digit million euro expansion of its main plant in Aresing, Germany, including a new 22,000 m² production and logistics hall. Construction is expected to finish in the second half of 2027.

DEME Offshore Holding NV has acquired a 50% stake in BAUER Offshore Technologies GmbH, a specialist in drilling services for offshore wind foundations. The agreement includes an option to acquire the remaining 50% within five years.
