RefPlus plans to celebrate its 30th anniversary on November 21, 2024, at its new factory in Saint-Hubert, Quebec, dedicated to producing CO₂ equipment for RefPlus and its subsidiary Ceptek.

RefPlus installed its first CO₂ condensing unit at a facility in Quebec, Canada, and has shipped a second unit to a client in Vermont, USA. The company also launched a CO₂ rack with parallel compression and its subsidiary Ceptek released a CO₂ high-temperature heat pump in 2024.

RefPlus acquired Ceptek Inc., a Quebec-based manufacturer of large-capacity CO2 industrial refrigeration equipment. The acquisition strengthens RefPlus's position in CO2 refrigeration.

RefPlus celebrated the official opening of a new 60,000-square-foot commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment manufacturing plant in St-Bruno-de-Montarville, Quebec. Production is scheduled to start in mid-November 2021.
