Topband Co., Ltd. announced it will use 165 million yuan in cash to acquire the remaining 28.46% equity of Yancong Automation, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Chinese company Topband announced a $30 million investment to build a factory in Timisoara, Romania, producing intelligent electronic controllers. The factory will have 12,000 sqm, expandable to 25,000 sqm, and create 300 jobs initially, up to 1,000 at full capacity.
