Shenzhen H&T Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. (002402.SZ) received a letter of award from an international home appliance manufacturer (Customer B) for a washing machine controller platform project. The project has an annual value of approximately $1.6 million per year over a 6-8 year period, totaling $9.6-12.8 million.

Shenzhen H&T Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. signed a liquid-heated controller products supply contract with U.S. auto parts supplier BorgWarner worth 246 million euros, to be fulfilled within nine years.

Shenzhen H&T Intelligent Control (002402.SZ) will invest 400 million yuan through its subsidiary Fuzhou H&T to build a manufacturing base in Fuzhou High-tech Development Zone for smart controllers and smart hardware. The project is expected to generate annual output of 1 billion yuan.
