DeSHAZO

DESHAZO completed a large-scale crane and automation integration project for Novelis' new aluminum recycling and rolling mill in Bay Minette, Alabama, delivering 18 custom cranes ranging from 10 to 200 tons. The project was DESHAZO's largest single purchase order to date.

DeSHAZO, a manufacturer of industrial equipment for materials handling and automation, has acquired Integrated Machinery Solutions (IMS), an engineering consulting firm and custom machinery builder in Azle, Texas. IMS will operate as a separate business unit under its current management.

DeSHAZO, a manufacturer of industrial automation equipment and overhead cranes, acquired Proto Machine Works, a designer and manufacturer of custom industrial equipment in Huntsville, Alabama.
