Inner Mongolia Northern Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (Northern Shares) will acquire a 0.1% stake in Terex Northern Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. for CNY 168,100, gaining control of the joint venture. The remaining 49.9% will be sold to Beijing Baolizhixing Technology Co., Ltd.
