Metatron

Landi Renzo's board approved the merger by incorporation of subsidiary Metatron Spa and the partial demerger of the Green Transportation business into a new wholly-owned subsidiary, as part of integration with Westport Fuel Systems Italia.

Landi Renzo completed the acquisition of 49% of Metatron's share capital from Italy Technology Group, with an agreement to acquire the remaining 51% by November 30, 2021. Metatron is a leader in alternative fuel solutions for the mid and heavy duty sector.
